1. Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.
2. Methods of shipping and delivery time
Man & Van Delivery – 5 to 7 business days | Free to EX, PL, TQ, TR, TA Postcodes | Subject to quote
Pallet Delivery – 3-4 business days | Subject to quote
Express Delivery is available where possible, please contact a member of the team if you require urgent delivery.
3. Costs
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The cost of delivery is free for all orders over £5,000
Delivery is free to postcodes beginning with EX, TQ, TR, PL, TA
4. Shipping restrictions
Standard delivery is to kerbside only. We advise that you need a forklift, pallet trucks or at least 4 people on site to assist with unloading. We will need to know if there’s no HGV access, which may incur a supplementary charge for a smaller vehicle. It will be your responsibility to unwrap the items, move them to your desired location and dispose of any wrapping waste.
